Privacy
The Health Plan maintains confidentiality and privacy of personal health information. We follow all
corporate guidelines to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
(HIPAA). In addition, the Health Plan complies with the federal regulation [45 CFR Part 2.32] regarding the confidentiality of substance abuse records.
